	A paint contractor with a minimum of 5 years of full time experience in the residential painting business
	Exemplary painting skills and detail oriented
	A colour consultant with at least 2 years of full time experience providing colour advice to the residential and commercial marketplace, with accreditation from a recognized association
	An owner/operator or owner with a small staff
	Paint contractors with a proven track record of satisfied customers/references
	Colour consultants with a professional portfolio of work and references from satisfied clients
	The ability to travel to colour consultations at the client’s convenience
	Excellent work habits; ethical; neat appearance
	Appropriate liability insurance coverage for both the professional paint contractor and colour consultant
	Professional paint contractors with good credit history
	A progressive thinker, always willing to learn and participate in training
