If you wish to request sponsorship, please be aware of the following:

All requests must be submitted using our request form (Click here for a copy).
Request forms can be mailed, faxed or dropped off at the address provided on the form.
The number of requests we receive far exceeds our sponsorship budget.
Please submit your request at least 3 months in advance.
We will contact you within 4 weeks if we are able to assist.
If you do not hear from us within 4 weeks, please take that to mean that regrettably, we are
      unable to assist.
